In the first stage a team of specialists responsible for recruitment processes, in cooperation with our technical staff pre-select the received applications, with regard to the key position requirements.


An HR employee contacts the Candidate, setting the date of a job interview. The interview relates to employee competencies. It is also a perfect occasion to get to know the company closer.

Depending on specific requirements, the recruitment process may be enhanced with additional selection methods about which the Candidates are informed in advance. These may be psychometric or job content-related tests.


The final meeting with the direct supervisor is the last stage of the recruitment process.

The decision about employing the Candidate is made after final meetings with all selected Candidates.


After the recruitment process ends, all Candidates invited to the interviews receive feedback as to their results.

The selected people are asked to sign employment contracts with our company.
